Clubillion

Clubillion, listed in full as Clubillion: Vegas Casino Slots, is a free-to-play social casino game for iPhone, iPad and Android. Players spin virtual slot machines using in-game coins. There is no real-money wagering and no way to cash out.

The game is published under two related companies depending on the platform. The iOS version comes from Ouroboros Technology Pte. Ltd, based in Singapore, and the Android version from HongKong Triple Sevens Interactive Co., Limited, which trades as T7 Games. Both run the same game and the same branding, with small differences in library size and update timing.

Clubillion launched on 15 November 2019 and reached the top of the social slots category on both stores shortly afterwards. A Facebook Instant Games version followed on 24 April 2021. Coins won in Clubillion are virtual items. Ouroboros states plainly that the game does not offer real money gambling or an opportunity to win real money, and that wins made inside a social casino game cannot be exchanged for cash.

The core loop is the familiar one. Open the lobby, pick a machine, choose a stake, spin the reels, and watch the coin balance move. Winning combinations pay out according to that machine's paytable, and losing spins take the stake.

Betting and controls

Every machine opens on its own screen showing the reels, a control panel, and readouts for your balance, your total bet and your last win. Two settings control the stake: coin value, which sets the denomination of each coin wagered, and bet level, which sets how many coins ride on each active payline. It is best read as a discounted coin package that gets more attractive the longer you play, rather than as a free reward that happens to be delayed. Clubillion does not publish the fill rate or the price to break it, and both appear to move with your balance and level.

Coins are the only currency that matters. They are what you stake, what you win, and what every bonus pays out in. Players have also mentioned collectible scratch tickets, but these do not appear in any official material and how they work is unclear.

Elite Membership

Clubillion also sells a subscription in two lengths, a Weekly Elite Membership at $9.99 and a Monthly Elite Membership at $29.99. Both carry the same three benefits: free coins worth $1.99 each day, all slots unlocked every Sunday, and advertisements removed for as long as the subscription runs. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

It is worth doing the arithmetic before subscribing. The weekly plan works out at roughly four times the monthly price over a year for identical benefits, so the monthly option is the better value of the two by a wide margin.

Can you cash out Clubillion coins?

No. Coins cannot be withdrawn, sold, traded or exchanged for cash or real-world prizes. Buying a coin package buys virtual items for use inside the game and does not create a balance you can take out of it.

You can spend real money on coins, but those coins have no monetary value coming back out. An internet connection is needed throughout, because coin balances, tournaments, social features and advertising are all handled on the server side. No offline mode is documented. Cross-device progress is not clearly documented either. Facebook login is promoted and is the obvious mechanism for it, but Ouroboros does not confirm that progress carries between iOS and Android, so sign in the same way each time rather than assuming a new install will find your balance.

The 2020 data breach

In March 2020, researchers at vpnMentor found an unsecured Elasticsearch database hosted on Amazon Web Services that was logging Clubillion player data in the open. The exposed records included email addresses, IP addresses, names, private messages between players, account balances and a running log of in-game actions, at a rate the researchers put at around 200 million records a day.

The database was found on 19 March 2020 and secured around 5 April 2020, after the researchers contacted the developers and then Amazon. No further breaches have been publicly documented since, and no regulatory action or lawsuit followed in any public record. It is worth knowing about all the same: use a strong and unique password on any account you link to the game, and be aware that the current Google Play data safety section, which states that no data is collected, sits awkwardly beside what was exposed in 2020.

Clubillion is still being maintained, though not quickly. Android releases have moved through versions 2.49, 2.61 and 2.62 across recent cycles, which works out at roughly two or three updates a year, and the iOS build has historically trailed the Android one. Update notes are generic and promise new machines rather than named features, and no public roadmap exists.

The community side is thin by the standards of this category. There is no official Discord, subreddit or forum. The Facebook page is the only channel Ouroboros runs, which makes it the single point of contact for contests and bonus links. Support runs through [email protected], and the developer does reply to store reviews, if often with a standard response.

One thing worth setting expectations on: the advertising. It is the dominant complaint in store reviews by a wide margin, with players describing interstitials after big wins, between machines, and interrupting free spin rounds. Removing them requires a subscription. The 4.8 star average on both stores hides a genuinely split audience on this point.
