Bingo Blitz is a free-to-play social bingo game from Playtika, and it's been around since 2010. You travel between themed rooms across virtual cities, daubing bingo cards and collecting items as you go.   • The link was posted more than about 24 to 48 hours ago and Bingo Blitz has deactivated it. This is the most common error. Some promotional links last up to 72 hours, but credits expire quickly. Claim the same day they are posted.

    Do this

    There is no way to claim an expired link. Use today's active links at the top of this page instead. Bookmark Morning Reward so you catch every drop inside the claim window.

  • Your account has already claimed this specific link. Each Bingo Blitz bonus link is one-time per account. Bingo Blitz shows: "The link may have expired or you've already redeemed it.". This single message covers both expired and already-claimed links. There is no separate popup for each case.

    Do this

    Check whether you claimed it on another device or browser without realising. If you definitely have not, log out of Bingo Blitz completely, log back in, then tap the link again.

  • The link broke when it was copied, the reward campaign ended early, or the app is not installed so the link has nowhere to land.

    Do this

    Make sure Bingo Blitz is installed before tapping. On a phone, long-press the link and choose "Open in app." On a computer, use the Facebook tab inside the game rather than a standalone browser link.

  • Bingo Blitz credits can take up to 30 minutes to appear after a successful claim, and server load at busy times makes that worse.

  • The code expired, was typed incorrectly, or has already been used on your account. Bingo Blitz promo codes expire within 24 to 72 hours of posting.

    To redeem: Tap the hamburger menu (three lines) in the top-right corner, select Promo Code (fourth option in the side menu), enter the code, and tap Redeem. Codes are not case-sensitive but must match exactly including numbers and special characters. Each code works once per account. Only use codes listed here or posted on Bingo Blitz's own official page.

  • The two devices are almost certainly signed into different accounts, or one is running an outdated version of the app.

    Do this

    Confirm both use the same login (same Facebook account or same email) and update Bingo Blitz on both. If one account already claimed the link, the other cannot: links are one per account.

  • Either all of today's links have already been claimed on your account, or Bingo Blitz is having a temporary server problem with reward delivery.
