Where the redemption field is
The gift code screen is easy to miss because it is not in the settings menu. Tap your profile picture in the top left of the lobby to open the Information page, then tap the Gift Code button in its top right corner. Enter the code exactly as it was published, since it is case sensitive, and tap OK. A valid code credits immediately. There is no working redemption page on the website, so anything asking you to enter your code on a web form is not SpinX.
Redeeming, step by step

Codes and links are two different things
This is the source of most confusion. An alphanumeric code is a short string you type into the field above, typically worth one to ten million Coins, and SpinX issues them rarely, usually through email or a targeted promotion rather than a public post. A gift link is a URL posted on the official Facebook and Instagram accounts, worth a similar amount, and issued daily. Almost every list of Jackpot World codes online is really a collection of links with the wrong label on it. That matters when you are troubleshooting: a link does not go in the code field, and a code does not work by tapping it.
How long a code lasts
Codes expire, usually within days of being issued, and each one works once per account. Because they are frequently distributed to a segment of players rather than everyone, a code that works for one player can legitimately fail for another. A code lifted from a video or a listicle weeks after publication is almost always dead, which is the single most common reason a code is rejected.
When a code does not work
Work through these in order before assuming the code was fake.
- Check the characters: Codes are case sensitive, and the usual culprits are a capital letter read as lower case, a zero read as the letter O, or a trailing space pasted in from a webpage.
- Check it is a code, not a link: If what you have is a URL, close the code screen and open it on the device with the game installed instead.
- Check it is still live: Codes expire in days. One found on an old page will not work.
- Check the account: Codes are single use per account, so a code you already redeemed will be rejected the second time.
Why the links are the better habit
Codes are occasional and often targeted. Links are daily, published on the game's own channels, and worth the same one to ten million Coins.
