Slots Craze is a free-to-play Vegas slots game running over 100 machines, built around officially licensed Ainsworth content: Rich n' Wild, Dolphins, Leonidas, Money Heat and Crazy Bison, the same Australian brand found on real casino floors.

It is one of the older titles in the category, launched in February 2013 alongside Slotomania and DoubleDown Casino, and it was unusually well produced for its time, with more than 25 artists and animators on the original team.

The economy is deliberately simple: Coins only. There is no premium second currency and no sweepstakes mechanic, which keeps it plainly on the social casino side of the line. Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for anything.

This game has changed hands twice, which is why you will find it credited to three different companies depending where you look.

• Win Interactive, 2012 to around 2015: A Gibraltar and Tel Aviv studio backed by the online gambling firm bwin.party, founded by veterans from Electronic Arts, 2K Games, Buffalo Studios, 888 and Playtech. Slots Craze was its first major worldwide release.
• Luck Genome, around 2015 to 2017: Founded by Guy Ezra and Liat Adir, both formerly of Playtika and both of whom had worked on Slots Craze at Win Interactive. They bought the brand when Win exited social casino.
• GamePoint B.V., 2017 onwards: The Dutch studio, founded in 1998 and based in The Hague, acquired Luck Genome in April 2017 for $12.5 million in cash and kept its Tel Aviv development centre.

One consequence of the history worth knowing: the Android listing is published under Crazy Games Development B.V. while the App Store lists GamePoint B.V. Both are the same operation.

A genuinely separate game called Slots Craze 2 appeared in 2025, developed by Whow Games GmbH, an entirely different company.

The 5-day streak is the one worth protecting. Because it resets on a shorter cycle than the usual weekly or monthly ladders, missing a day costs less to rebuild, but it also means the top payout comes round often enough to be worth planning for.

The Ainsworth licensing is, oddly, part of why fake code sites target this game: players recognise the machine names from real casinos and assume the codes must be equally real.

Slots Craze launched simultaneously on iOS and Facebook in February 2013, with the Facebook version at an apps.facebook.com address. That is a Facebook Canvas game URL, and Meta ended support for web games on Facebook on 1 September 2026. The Facebook route should not be relied on.

The dependable platforms are iOS, requiring iOS 12 or later, and Android, where the game has passed 500,000 downloads. There is also a legacy Amazon Appstore listing.

Progress syncs across platforms through your account, so moving from one to another is straightforward provided you sign in rather than playing anonymously.

Slots Craze reads as a legacy title in GamePoint's portfolio rather than an actively developed one.

The evidence: the Google Play listing's last update dates to 2023, and the App Store's to May 2025. GamePoint remains an active company with no announcement of discontinuation, but there is equally no sign of major reinvestment in this particular game.

That is not a reason to avoid it. The machines are licensed Ainsworth content that does not date, the bonus structure is generous, and the coin economy is simple. It does mean you should not expect a stream of new machines or events the way you would from a game the studio is actively pushing.

At its peak the game passed a million installs within six months of launch, with players having spun over 150 million times and won more than 14 trillion virtual coins by August 2013.
