Solitaire Grand Harvest

Solitaire Grand Harvest is a free-to-play TriPeaks solitaire card game with a farming meta-game on top, published by Supertreat GmbH, a Vienna-based Playtika studio. It launched in June 2017 and runs on iOS, Android, and Facebook, with the same account syncing across all three. The App Store rating sits at 4.79 stars across 483,000-plus reviews and the official Facebook community is over 2.6 million players, making it one of the highest-rated and most-followed card games in the casual genre.

The game works in two layers. On the card side, you play classic TriPeaks Solitaire: clear three peaks of cards by tapping cards one higher or one lower than the card showing at the bottom, ace and king wrap around, and clearing the board completes the level. On the farming side, every win earns crops that grow into a working farm you decorate with the gems you earn. Your companion is Sam, the SGH farm pup, who pops up around the farm with hidden bonus Credits and surprises. The game currently runs a Popeye crossover event where Popeye crashes on the farm and you help him repair his ship while meeting Olive, Bluto, Wimpy, and the rest of the cast.

Credits are the main currency and Gems power the farm customization. Neither has cash value and you can't cash them out. Free Credits come from the Welcome Bonus on first install, a daily login gift, Harvest Rewards you collect from crops throughout the day, a Spin the Wheel for boosters and Gems, Sam-the-dog hidden bonuses on the farm, free Credit links posted to the official Solitaire Grand Harvest Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages, and the stars and Credits paid out as you complete crop levels. Optional Credit and Gem packs run from $0.99 to $99.99 but they're never required to keep playing.
