Pearl's Peril FAQ

The most common Pearl's Peril questions in one place. We cover free energy, what to do when a link does not work, and whether the game uses real money.

New to Pearl's Peril? The new player guide covers setup and your welcome bonus before anything else. If you are looking for today's free energy, the energy page is updated throughout the day. The questions below cover everything else.

The basics

Free Energy comes from the daily login bonus, automatic Energy refill every few minutes (it builds up on its own even when the game is closed), free Energy links posted to facebook.com/pearlsperil and @pearlsperil on Instagram, Adventure Club gifts from teammates, Captain's Challenge ticket payouts, and seasonal events. Open each link on the same device where Pearl's Peril is installed and the Energy credits automatically. Morning Reward lists every official link on this page.

Every free Energy source, explained

Energy is the action resource you spend to search a scene for hidden objects. It refills automatically over time. Coins are the standard in-game money you earn from finishing scenes and spend on island decorations. Pearl Cash is the premium currency, used for speed-ups and special items. Tickets feed into the Captain's Challenge, where you cycle them in for bonus Energy, Coins, and Pearl Cash. None of the four are real money and none can be cashed out.

No. Pearl's Peril is a free-to-play hidden object game with no real money gambling and no cash prizes. Energy, Coins, Pearl Cash, and Tickets all stay inside the game. The only real money involved is optional in-app purchases for extra Energy or Pearl Cash, which are never required to keep playing.

Captain's Challenge is a recurring side activity where you spend Tickets to play special scenes that pay out bonus Energy, Coins, and Pearl Cash. You earn Tickets by finishing regular story scenes, so the more chapters you work through, the more Captain's Challenge runs you can do.

Iris's Eyes is a side mini-game inside Pearl's Peril where you match objects to their silhouettes instead of finding them in a busy scene. It runs as an event with multiple Acts and rewards exclusive Artemis Island decorations that you can't get from the main story. Each Act adds new collections to chase.

Yes. You can play Pearl's Peril on iOS or Android as a guest, with no Facebook account required. Linking Facebook is optional, but it does help: it lets you back up your save across devices, join an Adventure Club, and send and receive Energy gifts with neighbors. Without Facebook, your progress is tied to that one device.

Yes. Pearl's Peril is free to download on iOS and Android and free to play on Facebook. The daily login bonus, Energy refill timer, Facebook and Instagram free Energy links, Adventure Club gifts, Captain's Challenge tickets, and seasonal events all give Energy and rewards continuously. In-app purchases for extra Energy or Pearl Cash are optional and never required to keep progressing.

Promo codes

No, Pearl's Peril doesn't run a public promo-code redemption system. Free Energy and gifts are distributed through the daily login bonus, the natural Energy refill timer, the official Facebook and Instagram pages, Adventure Club gifts, and seasonal events. Any site advertising Pearl's Peril promo codes or cheat codes isn't affiliated with Wooga.

Troubleshooting

The most common reasons are that the link expired (free Energy and ticket links from Facebook and Instagram usually go cold within a day or two), you already claimed it on your account, or you tapped it on a device where Pearl's Peril isn't installed. Try the freshest link from the top of the feed and open it on the same device where you play.
