Slingo Arcade

Slingo Arcade is the official home of Slingo, a game format that is genuinely its own thing rather than a slots app with a bingo skin.

The mechanic: you have a 5x5 bingo card and a row of numbered reels beneath it. Each spin produces numbers, you mark any that appear on your card, and completing a line of five is a Slingo. Complete enough lines, or the whole card, and you are paid on a prize ladder.

A standard game gives you 10 or 11 spins. Some variants, notably Slingo Quest and Slingo Advantage, extend that to 20 with extra mechanics. When the spins run out you can buy more with Credits, at a price shown on the Spin button, or stop.

Slingo was invented in 1995 and debuted on AOL. It went on to CD-ROM releases, handheld units from Tiger Electronics, lottery scratch tickets in partnership with Scientific Games, and physical slot machines on casino floors in Las Vegas and Atlantic City. This causes more search confusion than anything else about the game, so it is worth stating plainly.

Gaming Realms, the parent company, operates genuine real-money Slingo titles under UK Gambling Commission regulation. Those are licensed gambling products with the RNG certification requirements that come with that.

Slingo Arcade is not one of them. It is a social casino using virtual Credits, with no cash-out and no prize redemption, and it does not publish RNG certification of its own.

So if you have read about regulated, certified Slingo, that was the real-money side of Gaming Realms' business. The app on your phone is the entertainment-only version, rated 18+ for simulated gambling.

The four-hour Mystery Bonus is the thing to build a habit around. Someone checking in once a day collects one; someone checking morning, afternoon and evening collects three, for the same total effort.

Note that Credit amounts here are small numbers compared to the millions social slots throw around. That is a scale difference, not a stinginess one, since a Slingo game costs correspondingly less to play.

Each variant runs a prize ladder where completing Slingos pays progressively, and finishing the full card pays more the earlier you do it. In Slingo Quest, for instance, each Slingo is worth 1,000 points, and a full card completed on spin 12 pays 11,000 while the same card completed on spin 20 pays 6,000.

That structure is the strategic heart of the game: buying extra spins to finish a card is sometimes worth it and sometimes not, and the ladder is what tells you which.

No. No code entry field is documented anywhere in the app, and neither Blastworks nor Gaming Realms operates a code distribution channel.

Third-party sites list Slingo Arcade codes with rewards quoted anywhere from 250 to 85,500 Credits. None of those are confirmed by anything official, and with no redeem field in the game there is nowhere to enter them.

There is also no referral programme documented. Some sites list invite-a-friend as a method; Blastworks and Gaming Realms do not.

In good health, which is not something we can say about every long-running social casino.

Gaming Realms reported FY25 revenue of £31.4 million, up 10% year on year, with the Slingo brand as its engine. The app was still receiving updates as recently as August 2026, and the title pipeline is publicly committed through 2026.

Player ratings sit around 4.6 out of 5 on the App Store, from roughly 15,000 US ratings.

Monetisation runs on Credit packages from $1.99 to $199.99 plus advertising. There is no subscription, and VIP packs appear as one-off purchases rather than a recurring tier.

Slingo is its own format, so the closest comparisons are the bingo hybrids and the games that carry Slingo machines under licence.

• Bingo Blitz: The biggest dedicated bingo game, if the bingo half is what appeals.
